Programming from anywhere

There’s two main ways to work with me remotely — either 1:1 or in a small group. Within each model, there’s additional ways to individualize our plan to fit you.

There’s also the sports performance or goal-specific, Train route.

In short, if you have a goal: I’ll get you there.

1:1 coaching:

This is the most comprehensive way to work with me, and there are lots of options within this model to find the best fit for you!

Small group coaching:

Want personalized training, but maybe you’re on a budget, or have a buddy you want to train with?

Small group training runs between $95 and $125 per month depending on number of workouts per week, number of people in the group, and whether or not you want nutrition included!

You can come with a group, or you can be added into a pre-existing one.

TRAIN:

If you are an athlete or have a specific, activity related goal, Train will be even more tailored to you than the other 1:1 routes.
